Directly after fashion school, I conceived and drafted a collection called Spoken 4 Clothing. The concept was that each piece in the collection could be worn in 4 different ways – making for adaptable, interesting, clever construction while stretching your dollar / value for any item therein. I never made the collection…..still have the designs and patterns.

When I see the same concept applied elsewhere, it always waves nostalgic for me and I have a strong appreciation for the thoughtfulness behind creating these versatile garments.

Aka and voila – the label Butter, by Nadia. In her recent collection, a coat that can be worn in 8 different ways. Bravo!! Smarter clothing.
